FAQ-Hot Water Tank

The hot water tank lifespan is 7—10 years depend on quality and usage rate of the tank. A hot water tank that isn’t functioning properly could lead to water leaks and damage, and it could be costing you money.  So do not wait until it is too late.

Signs that your tank needs to be replaced:

  •          water bubbling from the tank
  •          muddy water or sediment in the drain pan or floor
  •          rusty water from the tap
  •          rust spot on the tank body or bottom
  •          loud cracks or sound during heating cycle
  •          no hot water
  •          metallic smell when using hot water
